Are children experiencing a toxic childhood?

A letter to The Daily Telegraph, by 110 teachers, psychologists, children’s authors and other experts calls on the Government to act to prevent the death of childhood. This piece was picked up by the Today programme on BBC Radio 4 this morning. See the full piece in the The Daily Telegraph
